Training Schedule

The concept of the schedule optimizes the fitness regime whilst ensuring students remain fully rested and thus focussed. By following the Pattaya Kombat regime students find that the routine becomes the norm and and as result weight loss continues long after the program is completed.

*The break times are flexible, breakfast is between 8-11am, lunch is between 1pm – 3pm and dinner is between 7.30pm – 9.30pm.

Breakfast consists of cereals and toast. Lunch consists of pasta, rice, vegetables and fruit. Dinner consists of fish, steak, vegetables and fruit. Protein shakes are available between sessions.
